Any facility providing care to 6 (six) or more <br />children separated from their parents or guardians during a part of the day on a <br />regular basis, including, but not limited to, centers which qualify for approval by <br />the Virginia Department Of Social Services, but excluding public or private schools. <br /> COMMERCIAL USE. Any use permitted by this code in a commercial district. <br /> <br /> COMMERCIAL VEHICLE.
