AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $16,000.00 FROM THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO REPLACE THE HEATING SYSTEM <br />SERVICE CENTER. <br /> <br />CAPITAL <br />AT THE VEHICLE <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($16,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund to replace the heating <br />system at the Vehicle Service Center. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 23, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
