AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $31,500.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND <br />FOR OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF MOUNT VERNON <br />AVENUE AND BAYVIEW BOULEVARD, AND AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br />WESLEY AVENUE AND CHAUTAUQUA AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred and <br />00/100 ($31,500.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />installation of traffic lights and for other improvements at <br />the intersection of Mount Vernon Avenue and Bayvlew Boulevard, <br />and at the intersection of Wesley Avenue and Chautauqua <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held April 23, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
