AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $250,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH <br />PORTSMOUTH'S EPA STORM WATER PERMIT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($250,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />activities associated with Portsmouth's EPA storm water <br />permit. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 26, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
