AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $310,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PORTSMOUTH CITY <br />JAIL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Ten Thousand and <br />00/100 ($310,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for <br />improvements to the Portsmouth City Jail. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 26, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
