AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $4,000,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE BUILDING AT 1701 <br />HIGH STREET, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Million and 00/100 <br />($4,000,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />purchase of the building at 1701 High Street, Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, which is known as the Human Services Center. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 26, 1991. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
