ARTICLE IX. GROUP HOUSING USE PERMITS <br /> <br />Sec. 40-111. Group housin~ use permit. <br /> <br /> A group housing project, or conversion of multi-family dwellings into <br />condominiums or a use designated by a "G" in the Use Tables, shall be permitted <br />only with a group housing use permit. A group housing use permit may be issued <br />through the process set forth in this article only if the proposed project meets the <br />standards of this article. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-112. Group housing use permit applications. <br /> <br /> An application for a group housing use permit shall be submitted on such forms <br />and with such informatiml as is required by this Article and shall be accompanied by <br />such fee as is specified in Article XII. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-112.1. Site layout plnn. <br /> <br /> The application shall include a site layout plan which complies with the <br />requirements of Section 40-105.2, (a) through (i) of this code, and includes the <br />following additional information: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Where the site abuts any natural or artificial body of water, the approximate <br />high water line, bulkhead and pierhead lines, top of bank and toe of slope, <br />and proposed e!evations and slopes for grading. <br /> <br />(b) Locations of building entrances and exits. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-112.2. I~ndscaping plan, <br /> <br />The application shall include a landscaping plan, with the following information: <br /> <br />(a) Extent and location of ali significant existing and proposed plant materials <br /> and other landscape features. Plant material must be identified by direct <br /> labeling on the plan or by a eleariy understandable legend; <br /> <br />(b) Flower and shrub bed definition must be clear and drawn to scale with <br /> dimensions; <br /> <br />(c) Proposed plant materials should be indicated at mature sizes and in <br /> appropriate relation to scale; <br /> <br />(d) Proposed treatment of all ground surfaces must be eleariy indicated <br /> (paving, turf, gravel, grading, etc.). The landscaping plan may be <br /> incorporated into the site layout plan. <br /> <br />111 <br /> <br /> <br />
