of such space shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) per cent of the gross development <br />area of the mobile home park. The open space shall be subject to the follow/ng <br />additional requirements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />All such open space shah be so situated as to be reasonably accessible to the <br />greatest number of residents. <br /> <br />No parcel shall be designated as open space unless it contains at least six <br />thousand (6,000) square feet. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Recreational facilities as required in subsections (c) and (d) of section <br />40-107.2 may be designated as required open space. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-107.4. Streets <br /> <br /> Mobile home sites must front on public or private streets of at least fifty (50) foot <br />right-of-way width. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-107.5. BufferinE requirement. <br /> <br /> All mobile homes shall be located at least twenty-five (25) feet from the outer <br />property line of the mobile home park. An access control strip may be required to <br />prevent hazards to vehicular traffic. The mobile home park shall be buffered from <br />any adjoining property zoned RS, RM or RT by a landscaped buffer of Landscaping <br />Group 2 or, if the city council so requires, of Landscaping Group 1. <br /> <br />Sees. 40-108 -40-110.
