Sec. 40-112.3. Information on building des/gn. The appl/cation shall include information on the design of buildings in the project, including: (a) Drawings showing typical building elevations; (b) Drawings showing typical architectural details and building materials; (e) Drawings or narrative describing typical floor plans, indicating number of bedrooms and number of square feet in each unit type; Sec. 40-112.4. Adcl/tional information. The appl/catiOn shall include the following additional information: (a) Phasing schedule, describing the schedule for installation of public improvements and erection of structures by phase; (b) A regional location map with a minimum scale of one inch equals two thousand feet (1"=2000'); (c) A statement that all construction methods and materials will be in conformity with city specifications; (d) A Statement that appropriate erosion and sediment control methods shall be utilized prior to any clearing, grading or construction; (e) Any other information or materials necessary to demonstrate that the project complies with all applicable standards of this Chapter; Sec. 40-112.5. pl~-llmln~g plat or equivalent. If the proposed group housing project will be subdivided in accordance with Chapter 33, the Preliminary Plat required by Section 33-73 shall be submitted simultaneously with the group housing project use permit applicatiOn. Sec. 40-113. lh~ject review. The planning commission shall, after a thorough review of said proposal and site layout plan, transmit its recommendation along with specific findings as to each of the applicable criteria to the city council for its approval or disapproval. See. 40-114. Effect. After city council approval of a proposed group housing project, no other permit shall be issued, nor shall any plat be approved or recorded except in conformity with the approved project plans. 112
