(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />labeled as such; <br /> <br />No driveway shall exceed thirty-five (35) feet in width at the property line, <br />and fifty (50) feet in width at the curbline. No driveway entering a one- <br />way street s.hali be less than fifteen (15) feet wide, and no driveway <br />entering a two-way street shall be less than twenty~four (24) feet wide. <br />Between the curb and property line, or a maximum distance back from the <br />curb line of fifteen feet, all driveways shall be constructed of 3000 p. s. i. <br />concrete, a minimum of seven (7) inches thick; <br /> <br />No driveway, at the curbline, shah be located within fifteen (15) feet of the <br />property line of an intersecting street, and in no case nearer than five (5) <br />feet from the end of a curb radius; <br /> <br />No driveway shall be located within ten (10) feet, at the eurbline, from any <br />adjacent property line and in no case nearer than five (5) feet from the end <br />of a curb radius; <br /> <br />Where more than one driveway is provided along a frontage in single <br />ownership, there must be a separation of at least twenty (20) feet at the <br />curbtine, and a six (6) inch raised protective curb parallel to the street <br />extending not less than two-thirds (2/3) the length of the island shall be <br />placed inside the property line between the driveways; <br /> <br />In residential zoning districts only one non-illuminated sign, no larger than <br />four (4) square feet in area and pertaining to the parking facility, shall be <br />erected or maintained for each entrance or exit; <br /> <br />Any required parking area shall have direct access to a public way or to an <br />approved private street. <br /> <br />Sec. 40-71.2. Parking lot screening and landscaping requirements. <br /> <br /> In all zoning districts where four (4) or more off-street parking spaces are <br />permitted or required, the following parking facility requirements shall be observed: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />In all districts, off-street parking areas adjoining parcels used or zoned for <br />residential purposes shall be screened from view from the adjacent <br />residential parcels with a landscaped buffer in accordance with Landscaping <br />Group 1. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Any light to illuminate off-street parking areas shall be arranged and <br />oriented to direct light and glare away from adjoipJng parcels used or zoned <br />for residential purposes. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Except in the Historic or the Downtown D-I Zoning Districts, the owner, <br />tenant, and/or agent of an off-street parking area which accommodates more <br />than ten(10) automobiles or vehicles shall be required to provide a minimum <br />total landscaped area equal to not less than five (5%) percent of the total <br />area of all parking spaces and drives in the parking area.
