(c) <br /> <br />River Pointe Parkway shall not be used for ingress <br />and egress to or from the subject property by heavy <br />trucks or heavy equipment. For the purposes Df this <br />ordinance, "heavy trucks" shall be defined as any <br />motor vehicle that weighs less than 10,000 pounds of <br />gross vehicle weight. For the p~rposes of this <br />ordinance, "heavy equipment" shall be defined as all <br />equipment that exceeds 10,000 pounds of gross <br />weight. <br /> <br /> 4.
