. . ~1992-13 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-2 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Planned Office Park (POP) the property described <br />in Petition for Zoning Amendment NUmber Z-92-2, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Industrial M-1-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Industrial M-1-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-2 <br /> <br />Beginning on the west right-of-way of Lombardy <br />Avenue at a point 607.13' northwest from its <br />intersection with the west right-of-way of Adams <br />Street; thence southwest 397.30' to the east <br />right-of-way of Holly Avenue (a paper street); <br />thence northwest 272' to a point; thence <br />southwest 554.27' to a point; thence northwest <br />1,564.13' to the south right-of-way of West <br />Norfolk Road (relocated); thence easterly along <br />said right-of-way 450.54' to a point at the <br />western right-of-way of Virginia Route 164; <br />thence continuing southerly and easterly along <br />said right-of-way a distance of t,630'~ to a <br />point; thence southwest 76.64' to the west <br />ri~h~-of-way of Lombardy AvenRe, the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-2 is conditional <br />upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Use of the property shall be limited to light <br />manufacturing, assembly of products from component <br />parts, wholesaling, distribution, related accessory <br />uses, and any use permitted in the POP district. <br /> <br />(b) Outdoor manufacturing activities shall be <br /> prohibited. <br /> <br /> <br />
