AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR DRAINAGE AND RIGHT-OF-WAY IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 <br />($100,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund to construct minor drainage <br />improvements and to assist in the repair of drainage systems <br />cave-ins. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 13, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
