1992-79 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $114,584.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO INSTALL A NEW PUMP AND TO <br />REFURBISH AN EXISTING FINISHED WATER PUMP AT THE CITY'S LAKE <br />KILBY WATER TREATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Five <br />Hundred Eighty-Four and 00/100 ($114,584.00) Dollars be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utility <br />Capital Improvements Fund to install a new pump and to <br />refurbish an existing finished water pump at the City's Lake <br />Kilby Water Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 13, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
