1992-78 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY AMENDING SECTION 25-148(3) <br />THEREOF AND BY ADDING SECTION 25-148(4) THERETO, PERTAINING TO <br />FEES FOR PLAY AT BIDE-A-WEE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Chapter 25 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1988, be amended by amending Section 25-148(3) thereof <br />and by adding Section 25-148(4) thereto, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 25-148. Fees. <br /> <br />(3) Bide-A-Wee Golf Course: <br /> <br />9 holes -- Weekdays only . <br />18 holes Weekdays only . <br /> <br />.$3.0O <br /> 5.50 <br /> <br />9 holes -- Weekends and holidays . <br />18 holes Weekends and holidays <br /> <br />3.75 <br />7.00 <br /> <br />Primary and secondary students <br />9 holes -- Weekdays only <br />Primary and secondary students - <br />18 holes - Weekdays only <br />Primary and secondary students <br /> 9 holes --~Weekends and holidays <br />Primary and secondary students <br /> 18 holes - Weekends and holidays <br /> <br />1.75 <br /> <br />3.00 <br /> <br />3.75 <br /> <br />7.00 <br /> <br />Annual fee - Unlimited play. 330.00 <br /> <br />Golf cart rental - 9 holes -- per rider 2.50 <br />Golf cart rental - 18 holes - per rider 5.00 <br /> <br />(4) Reduction or waiver of fees: The fees for play at City <br />Park Golf Course, Portsmouth Sleepy Hole Golf Course, and <br />Bide-A-Wee Golf Course may be reduced or waived for special <br />occasions, activities or events where such reduction or waiver <br />is specifically approved by the city manager. <br /> <br /> 2.
