1992-77 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,017,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS ACT <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million Seventeen Thousand and <br />00/100 ($1,017,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Community Development Fund for the <br />HOME Investment Partnerships Act Program which will support <br />the objectives of the Comprehensive Housing Affordability <br />Strategy (CHAS). <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held September 22, 1992. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
