1992-64 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-10 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Commercial C-1 the property described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-10, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2, <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-10 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast intersection of Kings <br />Highway and Turnpike Road; thence north along the <br />east right-of-way of Kings Highway to the south <br />right-of-way line of Kingman Avenue; thence east <br />along said right-of-way 90'+ to a point; thence south <br />110' Lo a point; thence east 80'+ to a point; thence <br />south 210' to the north right-oflway line of Turnpike <br />Road~ thence west along said right-of-way 225'+ to <br />Kings Highway, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
