1992-63 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-92-9 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a ~rt of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Historic Limited Office (HLO) the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-92-9, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Downtown D-1-M-K Mixed Use Conditional, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-1-M-K Mixed Use <br />Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. That ~the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-92-9 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line <br />of Queen Street a distance of 120'+ east from the <br />east right-of-way line of Green Street; thence <br />north 115' to a point; thence east 80' to a point; <br />thence south 115' to the north right-of-way line of <br />Queen Street; thence west along said right-of-way <br />80' to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. That the Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-92-9 is <br />conditional upon the following condition as proffered by the <br />owner: <br /> <br />The property may be used only for passive recreation <br />purposes as part of the operation of a residential <br />car= facility for adults at 439 Green Street. <br /> <br /> 4.
