preparation for the event, and the public is not <br />admitted, the fee shall be sixty dollars ($60.00) <br />per hour and no fractions thereof shall be <br />permitted. <br /> <br /> Not-for-profit organizations located in the city will be <br />eligible for special rate consideration if proceeds of the <br />event are retained by the sponsoring organization, or are <br />donated to that organization, and there are no paid <br />professional performers for the event. The following types of <br />organizations may be considered for special ~ate <br />classification: <br /> <br />Not-for-profit civic organizations; <br /> <br />Not-for-profit fraternal organizations; <br /> <br />Not-for-profit governmental organizations; <br /> <br />Not-for-profit educational organizations, exclusive of <br /> Portsmouth Public School events; <br /> <br />Not-for-profit religious organizations; <br /> <br />Not-for-profit charitable organizations. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Conventions.
