AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1980-42 PERTAINING TO THE <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br />POLICE <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City o~ Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. The following fees are hereby established for the <br />furnishing of the stated reports for services: <br /> <br />Copy of accident report ............. $ 5.00 <br />Copy of offense report .............. 5.00 <br /> <br />Record checked by individual in person <br /> (copy requested) ................ <br />Fingerprint of applicants ........... <br /> <br />Copy of records ..................... <br />Gun purchase permit ................ <br />Concealed weapon permit ............. <br />Permit renewal, prior <br /> to expiration .................... <br />Copy of Dhotograph (5"x7") .......... <br /> <br /> 5.00 <br /> 6.00 (1-2 cards) <br />10.00 (3 or more) <br /> 5.00 <br />10.00 <br />35.00 <br /> <br />5.00 <br />6.00 <br /> <br />The fee for any other processing or printing requests shall be charged~% <br />accordin~ to the uniqueness of the w~rk and~or materials necessary to ~j <br />produce the result. <br /> <br /> 2. Ail other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the <br />provisions of this ordinance are to the extent of such conflict hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />3.
