Landscape screening will be planted and maintained <br />along the exterior of the tennis court facing <br />adjacent to the residential properties of Westwood <br />Subdivision. Landscaping shall substantially <br />conform to Landscaping Group 1 (Opaque Screen) as <br />defined by Section 40-73(a) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />with the following modifications: <br /> <br />(1) buffer strip to be reduced from 15 feet to <br /> 7 feet. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />intermittent visual obstructions to be <br />reduced from a height of at least twenty <br />(20) feet to a height of at least ten (10) <br />feet. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />5rees planted as intermittent visual <br />obstruction shall be reduced from at least <br />ten (10) feet in height to at least six <br />(6) feet in height at the time of <br />planting. <br /> <br />To provide additional visual screening and sound <br />attenuation, an approximately 10' high fabric <br />windscreen will be installed and maintained along <br />the tennis court fencing adjacent to the residential <br />properties of Westwood Subdivision. <br /> <br />4.
