I)RDINAHCE* NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $309,370.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR SEVERAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred and Nine Thousand Three <br />Hundred Seventy and 00/100 ($309,370.00) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utility Capital <br />Improvements Fund for several capital improvements, including <br />the purchase of nine (9) pieces of equipment used in the <br />maintenance and repair of the City's Public Utility System; <br />asbestos abatement and roof replacement at the Lake Kilby <br />Plant; and for miscellaneous capital improvements and/or <br />extensions of the water system and the sewage system. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on December 14, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
