AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $44,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPRovEMENTs FUND AAID $16,000.00 FROM!THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO PAY FOR NECESSARY EXPENDITURES <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFUNDING OF THE GENEP~AL OBLIGATION BOND <br />SERIES OF JANUARY AND APRIL OF 1992. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty-Four Thousand and 00/100 <br />($44,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund, and that the sum of Sixteen <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($16,000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Public Utility Capital <br />Improvements Fund to pay for necessary expenditures associated <br />with the refunding of the General Obligation Bond Series of <br />January and April of 1992. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on November 23, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
