AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE CODE OF TEE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1988, BY ADDING SECTION 22-506.1 THERETO, <br />PERTAINING TO MAKING PORTIONS OF WILLETT DRIVE ONE-WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of uhe City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 22-506.1 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, be ordained no read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 22-506.1. <br /> <br />Willett Drive between High Street and <br />Western Branch Boulevard. <br /> <br /> (a) Willett Drive bemween High Streem and Princeton Place <br />is hereby designamed a one-way smreem south; <br /> <br /> (b) Willemu Drive between Princeuon Place and Western <br />Branch Boulevard is hereby designated a one-way street south; <br /> <br /> (c) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a <br />vehicle north on Willett Drive from Western Branch Boulevard mo <br />Princemon Place. It shall be unlawful for any person mo drive <br />a vehicle north on willett Drive from Princeton Place mo High <br />Streem. <br /> <br /> 2.
