ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-15 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Residential ~M-75 and Commercial C-t the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-15, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). 2. The rezoned from (Conditional) property affected by this ordinan=e by being Residential ~-75 to Commercial C-2-K is described as follows: Z-93-15 Beginning on the east right-of-way line of McLean Street a distance of 360 feet more or less from its intersection with the south right-of-way line of Elliott Avenue; thence southerly along said right-of-way of McLean Street 1,078 feet more or less to a point; thence northeasterly 302.82 feet; thence southerly 512 feet; thence northerly and running parallel to Barclay Avenue 696.6 feet to a point; thence northwesterly and running parallel to Dekalb Avenue 846.9 feet; thence southwesterly 219.11 feet to a point; thence northwesterly 70 feet more or less to a point; thence southwesterly 310.89 feet to the west right-of-way line of Gygax Avenue; thence southwesterly 652 feet more or less to the east right-of-way line of McLean Street, the point of origin. 3. The property affected by this ordinance rezoned from Commercial C-1 to Commercial C-2-K is described as follows: by being (Conditional) Z-93-15 Beginning at the southwest intersection of Elliott Avenue and Gygax Avenue; thence westerly along the south right-of-way of Elliott Avenue 175 feet to a point; thence southerly 291.29 feet to a point; thence northeasterly 177.03 feet to the west right'-of-way line of Gygax Avenue; thence northerly along said right-of-way 265.65 feet to the south right-of-way line of Elliott Avenue, the point of origin.
