4. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-15 is conditioned <br />upon the following as proffered by the applicant: <br /> <br />a. The subject property shall be used solely for a horse <br /> racing track and related uses. <br /> <br />Zoning of the subject property will revert back to <br />Residential RM-75 and Commercial C-l, as applicable, <br />if a license for a horse racing facility is not <br />obtained from the Virginia Racing Commission. <br /> <br /> 5.
