4. The property affected by this ordinance by being <br />rezoned from Commercial C-1 5o Commercial C-2-K (Conditional) <br />is described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-14 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast intersection of Elliott <br />Avenue and McLean Street; thence southerly along the east <br />right-of-way line of McLean Street 360 feet more or less <br />to a point; thence easterly 475 feet more or less to a <br />point; thence northerly 291.29 feet to the south <br />right-of-way line of Elliott Avenue; thence westerly <br />along said right-of-way line 475 feet more or less to the <br />east right-of-way line of Elliott Avenue, the point or <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 5. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-14 is conditional <br />upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />a. The subject property shall be used solely for a horse <br /> racing track and related uses. <br /> <br />Zoning of the subject property will revert back to <br />Residential ~4-60, Residential RM-75 and Commercial <br />C-l, as applicable, if a license for a horse racing <br />facility is not obtained from the Virginia Racing <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> 6.
