(c) <br /> <br />MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DWELLINGS. The number of <br />converted dwelling units in each dwelling structure <br />shall be in accordance with the following table for <br />permitted conversion dwelling units. The maximum <br />number of converted dwelling units shall apply to a <br />zone lot or to a principal structure, whichever <br />would be more restrictive. <br /> <br />PERMITTED CONVERSION DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />LOT SIZE IN SQUARE FEET <br /> <br /> MAXIMUM NUMBER OF <br />CONVERTED DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />PORT NORFOLK <br /> <br /> 5,600 - 11,199 <br />11,200 and over <br /> <br />Under no circumstances shall more than three (3) <br />converted dwelling units be permitted within one <br />existing dwelling structure in Port Norfolk. <br /> <br />OLDE TOW-NE and PARK VIEW <br /> <br />3,480 - 6,959 1 <br />6,960 and over 2 <br /> <br />Under no circumstances shall <br />converted dwelling units be <br />existing dwelling structure <br />Park View. <br /> <br />more than two (2) <br />permitted within one <br />in Olde Towne and in <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />PARKING. Parking shall be provided in accordance <br />with the requirements of Parking Group 2, as <br />specified in Section 40-45 of this Chapter. The provision of such spaces shall be <br />a condition for the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> <br />WATER AND SEWER SERVICE. Prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit for the establishment of a converted <br />dwelling unit in a principal residential dwelling <br />structure, approval of the sewage disposal shall be <br />obtained from the Department of Environmental <br />Services and the Department of Public Utilities and <br />in accord with Section 38-37 of the City Code. <br />Wherever determined reasonably feasible, separate <br />utility meters shall be required. <br /> <br /> <br />
