ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93~10 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which now zones as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment No. Z-93-10 is hereby amended and changed so as to revise the conditions contained in Ordinance No. 1988-31 pertaining to said property, and that said property shall be shown on said map zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). 2. That the property affected by this ordinance IS described as follows: Z-93-10 Parcel 1 Beginning on the east side of Deep Creek Boulevard 210 feet more or less feet north from its intersection with Elliott Avenue; thence northerly along Deep Creek Boulevard 185 feet more or less to a point; thence easterly 65 feet more or less; thence southeast 160 feet more or less; thence westerly 144 feet more or less to the east right-of-way of Deep Creek Boulevard, the point of origin. Parcel 2 Beginning on the east side of Deep Creek Boulevard 105 feet more or less north from its intersection with the north right-of-way of Elliott Avenue and thence east 204 feet more or less and thence northwest 45 feet more or less to establish the true point of beginning; thence northeast 89.99 feet; thence northwesterly 36.87 feet; thence so'uthwesterly 98.47 feet; thence southerly 80.80 feet to the true point of beginning. 3. That the amendments to the conditions imposed by Zoning ~endment Ordinance Z-93-10 are as follows: (a) That Condition (4) contained in Ordinance No. 1988-31, providing for the reversion of a portion of the subject property back to Residential R-75 zoning upon the expiration of the lease agreement between the City of Portsmouth is hereby revoked.
