20NING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-9 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />zoaes as Residential RS-150, the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-9, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Commercial C-l, and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Commercial C-1. <br /> <br /> made <br />now <br /> <br /> 2. That the propecty affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-9 <br /> <br /> Beginning in the City of Chesapeake on the north <br />right-of-way line of Churchland Boulevard a distance of <br />420 feet more or less west of its intersection with the <br />west right-of-way of Havenwood Court and thence north 300 <br />feet to the couporate boundary of the Cities of <br />Portsmouth and Chesapeake to establish the true point of <br />beginning; thence north 56.95 feet to a point; thence <br />southwest 157.80 feet to a point; thence south 35.41 feet <br />to the Portsmouth-Chesapeake corporate boundary; thence <br />east along said boundary line 155.93 feet to the true <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
