(C) That Zoning _Amendment Ordinance Z-93-10 is <br />additionally conditioned upon the following as proffered by <br />the owner: <br /> <br /> The applicant and any successor in interest <br />shall erect and maintain an opaque screen of a <br />height of not less than six (6) feet around the <br />automobile storage yard, as shown on the shaded <br />portion of Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br /> 4. That Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-93-1D is <br />conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Parcel 1 shall be used for an automobile storage <br />yard as that term is defined herein and any other uses <br />permitted in the C-1 Zoning District. <br /> <br /> (b) Ail signage for the Parcels 1 and 2 shall comply <br />with the C-1 sign regulations as provided for in the Zoning <br />Chapter of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1988, <br />as amended. <br /> <br /> (c) The use of Parcel 2 shall be limited to an <br />automobile snorage yard as that term is defined herein. <br /> <br /> (d) The applicant and any successor in interest shall <br />erect and maintain an opaque screen of a height of not less <br />than slx (6) feet around the automobile storage yard, as shown <br />on the shaded portion of Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br /> (e) Automobile storage yard as used herein is defined as <br />a building or parcel of land used for short term storage of <br />automobiles, light trucks, small trailers, recreational <br />vehicles and small boats. Automobile storage yard as used <br />herein does not include stripping, salvaging and storing of <br />junked vehicles or other junk. <br /> <br /> 5.
