Section 37-102. Same - Notice. <br /> <br /> Upon the revocation of a public vehicle driver's permit, <br />issued under this division, the City Manager shall cause a <br />notice in writing of such revocation to be given to the <br />permittee. Such notice shall be sent to the address shown on <br />the application for such permit and a copy thereof shall be <br />sent to the public vehicle owner employing such permittee. <br />Compliance with this section shall constitute good and <br />sufficient notice of such revocation. <br /> <br />Section 37-103. Same Return of permit. <br /> <br /> After notice of <br />driver's permit, the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />the revocation of a public vehicle <br />permit shall be forthwith returned to the <br /> <br />Section 37-104. <br /> <br />Issuance of new permit to person whose <br />permit has been revoked. <br /> <br /> No person whose public vehicle driver's permit has been <br />revoked under the provisions of this division shall again be <br />issued such a permit for a period of six (6) months, and then <br />only upon the presentation of reasons satisfactory to the City <br />Manager. If the City Manager deems the reasons satisfactory, <br />he may order a new permit to be issued. <br /> <br />Section 37-105. Records. <br /> <br /> There shall be kept in the office of the City Manager or <br />such other place as he may designate, a complete record of all <br />public vehicle driver's permits issued under this division and <br />of all renewals, suspensions and revocations thereof. <br /> <br /> 4.
