Section 37-94. Photographs of applicant. <br /> <br /> Before any public vehicle driver's permit is issued <br />pursuant to the provisions of this division, two (2) <br />photographs of the applicant therefor shall be taken. One-(l) <br />such photograph shall be filed with the City Manager or his <br />duly authorized agent and the other shall be attached to the <br />permit when issued in such manner that it cannot be removed <br />and another photograph substituted without detection. <br /> <br />Section 37-95. Issuance or refusal; fee. <br /> <br /> If the City Manager is satisfied that any applicant <br />hereunder is of the age of eighteen (18) years or more, not <br />addicted to the use of intoxicating liquors or drugs, morally <br />fit and having knowledge of the traffic laws of the state and <br />city, the City Manager may, upon the payment of a fee of ten <br />dollars ($10.00), issue to such applicant a public vehicle <br />driver's permit. If the City Manager is not satisfied as to <br />the qualifications and fitness of the applicant to operate a <br />public vehicle, he shall refuse to issue such permit. <br /> <br />Section 37-97. Term. <br /> <br /> A public vehicle driver's permit issued under the <br />provisions of this division shall be effective for one <br />year from the date of issuance unless sooner suspended, <br />revoked or cancelled. <br /> <br />t) <br /> <br />Section 37-98. Display. <br /> <br /> Each driver holding a public vehicle driver's permit <br />issued under this division shall keep posted such permit and <br />photograph in the public vehicle operated by him so as to be <br />plainly visible to the occupants of such vehicle. <br /> <br />Section 37-99. Renewal. <br /> <br /> Public vehicle driver's permits issued under this <br />provision may be renewed by the City Manager by appropriate <br />endorsement thereon upon the payment of a fee of ten dollars <br />($10.00); provided, however, that the applicant for such <br />renewal shall, at the time thereof, be qualified under the <br />provisions of this division to have issued to him an original <br />public vehicle driver's permit. <br /> <br />Section 37-100. Replacement when lost, stolen or destroyed. <br /> Any public vehicle driver's permit issued under this <br /> <br /> <br />
