AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,487,500.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR PHASE I OF THE HIGHLAND <br />BILTMORE SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million Four Hundred <br />Eighty-seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($1,487,500.00) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for Phase I of the <br />Highland Biltmore Sewer Improvement Project. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 27, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
