ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-7 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Residential RS-150 the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-7, is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show said property zoned as Office <br />Residential OR-75-K (Conditional), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-7 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the northwest intersection of <br />Cedar Lane and River Shore Road; thence <br />northeasterly along the west right-of-way line of <br />Cedar Lane 475.01 feet to a point; thence west 500 <br />feet more or less to a point; thence south 400 feet <br />to the north right-of-way line of River Shore Road; <br />thence east along said right-of-way 270 feet more or <br />less to Cedar Lane, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. That Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-93-7 is <br />conditional upon the following as proffered by the owner: <br /> <br />The use of the property shall be restricted <br />to a fire station. <br /> <br /> 4.
