AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $56,000.00 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE CHAUTAUQUA AVENUE WATER <br />MAIN. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~ <br />Virginia~ that the sum of Fifty Si~ Thousand and 00/100 <br />($56,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is~ appropriated <br />from the Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for <br />extension of the 16" main to the tank site for the Chautauqua <br />Avenue water main. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmoutht <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on August 10, 1993. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
