That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Commercial C-2 the property described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-6, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-l, <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-6 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest intersection of Bart <br />Street and Cumberland Avenue; thence south along the <br />west right-of-way of Cumberland Avenue 108.5 feet; <br />thence west 90 feet to a point; thence north 108.5 <br />feet to the south right-of-way of Bart Street; <br />thence east along said right-of-way 90 feet to <br />Cumberland Avenue, the point of origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
