ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-93-5 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance, which <br />now zones as Downtown D-1-R (Residential) the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-93-5, is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned <br />as Downtown D-1-M (Mixed Use), and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Downtown D-1-M (Mixed Use). <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Z-93-5 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the south right-of-way line of <br />County Street 60 feet from its intersection with the <br />east right-of-way line of Washington Street; thence <br />south 20 feet to a point; thence east 3 feet; thence <br />south 48 feet to a point; thence east 27 feet to a <br />point; thence north 68 feet to the south <br />right-of-way line of County Street; thence west <br />along said right-of-way 30 feet to the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3.
