AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING SECTIONS 25-93(a), 25-94, <br />25-148, AND 25-202 THEREOF, PERTAINING TO FEES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 25-93(a) <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of <br />amended and reordained to read <br /> <br />Section 25-93. <br /> <br />Fee for reservation of picnic shelters at City <br />Park, and Portsmouth Park. <br /> <br /> Picnic shelters may be reserved at City Park, and <br />Portsmouth Park upon~payment of a reservation fee as follows: <br /> <br />Resident Weekday <br /> <br />(a) Large multi-purpose shelter: <br /> <br />$125.00 Dawn to dusk <br /> $75.00 Dawn to 3 p.m. <br /> $75.00 3:30 p.m. to dusk <br /> <br /> Nonresident Weekday <br /> <br />$150.00 Dawn to dusk <br />$100.00 Dawn to 3 p.m. <br />$100.00 3:30 p.m. to dusk <br /> <br />Resident Weekend <br /> <br />$150.00 Dawn to dusk <br />$100.00 Dawn to 3 p.m. <br />$100.00 3:30 p.m. to dusk <br /> <br />Nonresident Weekend <br /> <br />$175.00 Dawn to dusk <br />$125.00 Dawn to 3 p.m. <br />$125.00 3:30 p.m. to dusk <br /> <br /> 2.
