AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,445,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT FUlqD FOR THE HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS ACT PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of One Million, Four Hundred and Forty Five <br />Thousand and 00/100 ($1,445,000.00) Dollars be, and the same <br />hereby is, appropriated from the Community Development Fund for <br />the HOME Investment Partnerships Act Program which will support <br />the objectives of the Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy <br />(CHAS) . <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held on May 10, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
