AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $40,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT <br />THE INTERSECTION OF TOWNE POINT ROAD AND DUNKIRK STREET ~ AT <br />THE INTERSECTION OF GREENWOOD DRIVE AND GARWOOD AVENUE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($40,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the installation of <br />traffic signals at the intersection of Towne Point Road and <br />Dunkirk Street and at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and <br />Garwood Avenue. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on May 10, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
