AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $580,410.00 FROM THE GRANTS FUND <br />FOR REQUIRED COM/~0/qITY BASED SERVICES TO AT-RISK YOUTH AND <br />THEIR FAMILIES, I/NDER THE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES ACT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Four <br />Hundred and Ten and 00/100 {$580,410.00) Dollars be, and the <br />same hereby is, appropriated from the Grants Fund for required <br />community based services to at-risk youth and their families, <br />under the Comprehensive Services Act. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of PortsmoUth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on May 10, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
