ORDIN, QIC[ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $25.000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR <br />AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR ONE YEAR, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 <br />($25,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for the purchase of an <br />emergency generator and maintenance contract for one year. <br /> <br /> Adopted bY the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 28, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
