AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 115 RAMPS ON <br />EXISTING SIDEWALKS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund to install approximately 115 <br />ramps on existing sidewalks to comply with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 14, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
