AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $50,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR GENERAL CONTINGENCIES FOR RENOVATIONS AT <br />THE SITE OF THE FUTURE TCC FINE ARTS CENTER, AT THE <br />INTERSECTION OF HIGH AND COURT STREETS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($50,000.00) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvements Fund for general contingencies <br />for renovations at the site of the future TCC Fine Arts Center <br />at the intersection of High and Court Streets. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on June 14, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
