25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING GROUP HOUSING USE PERMIT (GHP-93-3), <br />PERTAINING TO 160 CONDOMINIUM UNITS ON RIVER POINTE PARKWAY ON <br />A PORTION OF TAX MAP 709, PARCEL 1.2. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />on August 24, 1993, approved the application of River Pointe <br />Associates, L.L.C., for a Group Housing Use Permit {GHP-93-3), <br />for the construction of 160 condominium units on River Pointe <br />Parkway on a portion of Tax Map 709, parcel 1.2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant, River Pointe Associates, L.L.C., <br />has applied for an amendment to Condition 2(b) of said Group <br />HoUsing Use Permit; and <br /> <br /> W-KEREAS, pursuant to Section 40-113 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, the Planning Commission has reviewed the application <br />and has recommended approval of the amendment to Group Housing <br />Use Permit (GHP-93-3). <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Condition 2(b) of Group Housing Use Permit <br />(GHP-93-3), is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The exterior of the condominium units shall be <br />constructed of the same materials and <br />architectural designs and details used in the <br />"Wimbledon Chase" development in Chesapeake, <br />Virginia, except that Heartland Manor vinyl <br />siding may be installed instead of Charlestown <br />beaded vinyl siding. Architectural changes <br />may be approved by the Planning Commission <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />2. That all other conditions and requirements of Group <br />Housing Use Permit (GHP-93-3), approved on August 24, 1993, and <br />not modified by this resolution, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the COuncil of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on July 26, 1994. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
