AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE PIPE OPTION <br />FOR CAVALIER BOULEVARD PIPING. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $175,000.00 be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for <br />installation of a concrete pipe option for the piping of <br />Cavalier Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on March 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
