AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $400,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND-FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A WORK RELEASE/LAUNDRY <br />FACILITY ON FREDERICK BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of $400,000.00 be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from the Capital Improvements Fund for the <br />construction of a work release/laundry facility at the City <br />Compound on Frederick Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on March 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
