AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $155,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />!MPROVEMENTFUND FOR TRAFFIC iMPROVEMeNTS AT THE INTERSECTIONS <br />OF DEEP CREEK BOULEVARDAND ELLIOTT AVENUE AND CHARLOTTE DRIVE <br />AND PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $155,000.00 be, and the same hereby <br />appropriated from the Capital Improvement Fund for traffic <br />improvements at the intersections of Deep Creek Boulevard and <br />Elliott Avenue and Charlotte Drive and Portsmouth Boulevard. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virglnia, an a meeting held on December 17, 1996. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
