AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE <br />UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />EXTERIOR RECOATING PROJECT. <br /> <br />$64,460.00 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />FUND FOR THE CHuRCHLARD TANK <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> That the sum of $64,460.00 be, and the same hereby is, <br />appropriated from the Public Utilities Capital Improvement Fund <br />for the Churchland Tank Exterior Recoating Project. <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall take effect on the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on December 17, 1996. <br /> <br />Portsmouth, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
